More than a Beta version

Friday, May 15, our partner, colleague, neighbour and good friend, chef Mads Nybro is ready to launch his unique food concept, Beta. Beta is a private dining club and a food consultancy that sets new and intriguing standards for food experiences. When you dine at Beta, you can only be sure of one thing – everything is turned upside down. The first dining club will be held this Friday with the theme “Burger and Wine”. Beside from sharing the same premises, Hatch & Bloom and Beta have worked together on several food innovation projects. And the collaboration goes further. Hatch & Bloom has decorated Beta and created the visual identity and website. So it’s safe to say that Beta is much more than just a Beta version. Visit Beta’s website here.
