Getting ready for the users

We’re just about to wrap up our field studies at Randers District Hospital. The process has left a lot of exciting impressions and we’ve indeed made some valuable findings. Right now, our anthropologist Lone is trying to order the comprehensive material, getting it ready for our first workshop with the users. Looks complicated? It is. Everyone who thinks a few new tricks and some fresh business thinking will make better hospitals – think again. It takes empathy, interdisciplinary work, creative thinking, structured setup and concrete doing. It takes service design at its best. We’ll tell you more as we progress in this project.
