Another year of meaningful service design

The new year has started out quite promising for Hatch & Bloom. We are very proud to announce that we have once again been assigned to do a comprehensive service design project in collaboration with the Danish Enterprise and Construction Authority. This time our aim is to improve the user experience for patients with complex diagnosis at Randers District Hospital. We will do our utmost since last year's Danish Design Award for another service design project has made us eager to repeat the success. Enough about expectations though. For now we are just thrilled to be given the opportunity to make things better for patients, relatives and medical staff in Randers.
