Preparing Christmas lunch. Ourselves!

Here we thought having star chef Mads Nybro and his company Beta in the house meant service and relaxation. But no, no, no. Saturday, Hatch & Bloom held its own Christmas party. Mads let us prepare much of the lunch ourselves! Starting off crack of dawn at the vegetable market and bossing us around his kitchen until 17.00. But we enjoyed it and had not only a fun day (and night), but also experienced a preview of what it’s like in the inside of Beta’s gastronomic (and lightly militant) universe.
