For the past month Hatch & Bloom employees have been touring Europe. From Sweden in the North over Germany in the middle to Spain in the South. Doing what you might ask? Doing kitchen-workshops to observe how international consumers cook and think food. After enduring sizzling dishes and mouth-watering recipes in Madrid Vibeke and Lotte escaped for a couple of hours to enjoy the sunshine and shop for inspirational packaging (and some other stuff as well).

Ps. One might think that the gentleman in the back bears a coarse and striking resemblance to a certain V. Corleone, but he actually turned out to be the nicest old man - a regular chatter-box.  

Coffee to the Collective

Our very first client was specialty coffee micro roastery and coffee consulting company The Coffee Collective. Last week, co-founder and former barista world champion Klaus Thomsen paid us a visit. Not only that, he also rigged the new professional coffee equipment – and trained us in the marshal arts of his secret coffee collective. Next time you stop by the office, demand a perfect cappuccino. We have the skills to match.

Meet our new graphic designer!

Everyone, meet our new graphic designer Jeppe Grøn. Already on his first day at work we threw him into two projects – just to see what he was made of. Luckily, Vibeke is here to guide him with crisp concepts. We expect nothing less than brilliant from him – no pressure of course! Well, actually yes. We’ve seen his portfolio.
