Here’s Johnny!

Everyone, meet Johnny, our very own financial advisor. He started his first company at the age of 17. Today he owns accounting and business developing consultancy Censor Revision with offices in Denmark, Greenland and Spain. When he talks, we listen. When he says no, we say no. When he drinks milk, we drink... coffee (notice the glas of milk - what’s up with that, Johnny?!)

It’s nice to see how business culture and idea-based online “street” culture come together these days: Danish business newspaper Erhvervsbladet just featured us both online and off-line in a story about how we kick started Hatch & Bloom via youtube.com (scroll down on this page to see the actual video). What’s up? Workshop!

We’ve just finished our first workshop: Idea development for special coffee company The Coffee Collective. It was 6 intense, fun and productive hours of tasting coffee, looking at ideas for packaging concepts, discussing communication channels and testing marketing tools. Now awaits our work: Full communication and design program.

Meet our business roommates

We are lucky to share the office with these two talented product designers, Rasmus Thygesen and Jakob Nørregaard – the owners of successful industrial design firm Thygesen og Nørregaard. Great to have product-shaping wizards within reach – it makes our cross-competence business setup even stronger.

Our first moment of zen

Sometimes everything turns out the way you planned: We moved into the office, didn’t break anything, family and friends popped by (we didn’t even invite them). Then the sun came out and we got our first client – even a client from the foods sector (a sector we'd like to do business in)! All in one day. Then our server broke down, though. But we had enough champagne to forget that for a while.
